Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Montieren eines Behälters mit einem in einem äußeren Röhrchen enthaltenen inneren Röhrchen. Das Verfahren umfaßt das Bereitstellen eines äußeren Röhrchens, das Vorsehen eines an den offenen Kopfteil des äußeren Röhrchens angrenzenden Abstandselements und das Einsetzen eines inneren Röhrchens in das äußere Röhrchen. Das Abstandselement sorgt für das Ablassen von Luft zwischen dem inneren und dem äußeren Röhrchen durch den Kopfteil des Behälters während dessen Montage.
A container assembly comprises: (i) an outer tube having a closed bottom, open top, and side wall extending in-between and defining inner and outer surfaces; (ii) an inner tube within the outer tube and having closed bottom, open top, and side wall; and (iii) an annular gap vented to atmospheric pressure during assembly of the container. A container assembly comprises: (a) an outer tube (12) having closed bottom (18), open top (20), and side wall (22) extending in-between and defining inner and outer surfaces; (b) an inner tube (14) within the outer tube and having closed bottom, open top, and side wall extending in-between and being shorter than the side wall of the outer tube and flared outwardly adjacent the open top of the inner tube for sealing and supporting engagement with the side wall of the outer tube; and (c) an annular gap extending between the inner surface of the outer tube and the outer surface of the inner tube in equilibrium with atmospheric pressure at the time of assembly. The annular gap is vented to atmospheric pressure during assembly of the container by imparting an interference engagement between the inner and outer tubes adjacent the open top of the outer tube. An independent claim is also included for a method of assembling a container comprising: (a) providing a spacing element (16) adjacent the open top of the outer tube, the spacing element including a central opening extending through the spacing element and extending mechanism extending within open top of the outer tube; and (b) inserting an inner tube within the outer tube through the central opening, where at least a portion of the spacing element extends between the inner surface of the outer tube and the outer surface of the inner tube during assembly to allow for venting of air from the annular gap to atmospheric pressure during insertion of the inner tube within the outer tube.
