Abstract

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Polyurethan-Pulverlacke aus harnstoff- und uretdiongruppenhaltigen Polyadditionsverbindungen mit freien, partiell oder total blockierten Isocyanatgruppen, hydroylgruppenhaltigen Polymeren und speziellen Polyestern als Flexibilisierungsmittel, deren Beschichtungen matte und flexible Oberflächen ergeben.
Transparent or pigmented polyurethane powder paints giving coatings with matt surfaces and increased flexibility can be obtained when to the binder, from a urea group containing polyaddition compound of an isophorone diisocyanate-uretedione and an OH group containing polymer, a further component, i.e. a specific polyester is added as plasticizer. Transparent or pigmented polyurethane powder paints containing (wt.%): (A) polyaddition compounds containing at least one urea and uretedione group, partially or completely blocked isocyanate groups of total NCO content 10-18% (5-35); (B) at least one moderate molecular weight amorphous polymer containing OH groups (20-95); (C) at least one moderate molecular weight (semi)crystalline polyester (5-70) (plasticizer); (D) a pigment and/or organic filler (0-50); and (E) additives and adjuvants (0-5); where the ratio of OH groups of components B and C to the NCO groups of component A is 0.6 to 1.2.
